Domaniewska is a four-star hotel located in the heart of Mokotów (Służewiec), in the business district of this area. It can be easily accessed from the southern beltway and Warsaw Chopin Airport. The main entrance to the building is located on its north-west side, under an overhang. Due to its height and function, it has been classified as a medium-rise building. It is a simple
architectural structure whose design corresponds with the existing office and commercial buildings of the area surrounding Domaniewska Street. The composition of the building’s façade is formed by smooth, dark planes of the walls with a harmonised horizontal-vertical division. An asymmetrical undercut over the ground floor level adds variety to the building’s shape.
The hotel has been designed to provide 183 guest rooms and suites, as well as a conference centre with a multifunctional ballroom, several conference rooms, a foyer and a business lounge.
